For owners considering a sale

One sale. Then a permanent home.

If you built a healthcare, medical device, or wellness company and want a buyer who will not flip it, we should talk. Conversations are confidential. We buy to hold.

What a sale to us looks like.

We buy to hold. Here is what that means for the company you built.

01

What we buy

Profitable companies with real products and customers in healthcare, medical devices, imaging, respiratory care, or wellness. Proven revenue matters more than a pitch.

02

What stays

The name, the team, and the customer relationship. We are not looking for a rebrand into a platform logo. Every company we own still trades under its own name.

03

What changes

A longer planning horizon, shared sourcing and marketing where it helps, and owners who do not need to sell the company to make the investment work.

A different kind of buyer.

The difference that matters most when you choose who to sell to.

What we look for

Durable products. Real customers. Teams worth backing.

We focus on healthcare, medical devices, and wellness. Respiratory care, imaging accessories, and science-led consumer health are already in the house. We are not collecting logos. We buy companies we intend to operate.

Behind the brand sits our shared team: sourcing, finance, accounting, regulatory, engineering, marketing, and operations. The name the customer sees does not change.

A note to founders

You should not have to sell your company twice.

With a fund, the first close is rarely the last. The next sponsor arrives on their own clock. Employees feel it. Customers eventually do too. We are the alternative: personal capital, no fund life, and an explicit intention not to sell.

We are not the right buyer for every business. If the plan depends on a quick recapitalization or a strategic flip, we will say so early.
